User Administration

This screen allows you to create, edit or delete a user

 

You can also

  1. Assign roles to a user,
  2. Stop a user from accessing the system
  3. Cloak a user so that you can login as if you were the user yourself,
  4. Reset a user password

 

User Group 

  1. HR - This role carries full permission to manage all the HR administrative functions
  2. HR Staff - This role is similar to HR Role above except that it has less permission
  3. Normal User - Users that do not require special privileges
  4. Supervisor - Managers or Supervisors that have permissions to approve leaves, timesheets, etc
