Submit Claims

Please follow these steps to submit your claims:

1. Login to vStaff > vClaim > My vClaim 

2. Click “Add Claim” button to add your claims

You can view your claims by period or year or by claim status

Claims Status

1. Created 

- Your claims have been created

- You can View, Edit or Del (delete) your  claims submission

2. Pending 

- Your claims have been submitted to your supervisor for approval

- You can still View your submission (but not Edit or Del) 

3. Approved 

- Your caims hve been approved by your supervisor 

- You can View on screen or pdf the approved claims

4. Rejected

- Your claims had been rejected by your supervisor

- Move your cursor over the small note icon next to Rejected to view the reason for the rejection 

- You can View, Edit or Delete (Del) the rejected submission

3. After clicking the “Add Claim” button, you may fill in your claims details such as Date, Claim type, and Description. Then click “Add” button to add your claims

* For Millage claims, insert the “Origin & Destination Location” to calculate the distance between 2 points with Google Maps

When you're done, click “Submit” button to submit your claims to your supervisor for approval
